Cozy Shacket Fall Outfit Inspiration

I’ve been not so patiently waiting for the weather to cool down and finally acknowledge that the first day of fall was last week, but sadly it’s still in the low 100’s/high 90’s here in Scottsdale 🥵 I was definitely sweating when we were outside taking this pictures lol thankfully we weren’t out there for more than 20 minutes! Whenever it’s finally chilly enough to need a jacket, this is the one I’ll be reaching for over and over again! It’s the coziest and softest shacket I’ve ever worn (PS I’m so glad that shackets are still trending this fall/winter) and I obviously love that it’s done in a gorgeous cream shade that will go with everything. Not only is the exterior fabric made up of the softest “teddy bear” material, but the inside is lined with a velvety soft blanket-like fabric. It’s amazing! It also comes in other colors/patterns if you’re looking for more of bold print this fall season like plaid (another similar style linked here & this cropped style is also super cute!).

I first jumped on the shacket trend train last year and bought several different styles from Nordstrom to try on. Whenever I try a new trend for the first time I’m almost always skeptical, but one of my favorite quotes is “you’ll never know unless you try”, so I always tell myself that I just need to try it out! For the most part I usually end up loving the new trends that I try, whether it’s been shackets, bralettes, or oversized blazers; it’s so fun to switch up your wardrobe and go for things that you normally wouldn’t wear. I mean, who said fashion had to be serious anyway?!
