I’ll be the first to admit that shopping for Freddy each year isn’t always easy! Despite some hints that he drops throughout the year, I still feel stumped when December 1st hits and I start panicking and stressing over what I’m going to get him. I’m also #blessed with a double whammy because his birthday is on Christmas Eve, so I have to get not just Christmas gifts but also birthday gifts! It’s a real conundrum. I decided to write this post not just for you, but also for me so I have a reference point to come back to next year 😂😉 Freddy helped me curate this list of items that he either already owns and loves, or has done a lot of research on and wants to get! He’s a history buff so he loves researching and analyzing everything, which means that you’re in good hands with these recommendations! We bought this jacket for Freddy in the week leading up to Black Friday. It was on major sale and it’s such a classic style that is insanely warm 🔥 The sizes are almost sold out, but this style is very similar and comes in navy and black!
Paige Slim Jeans
This is Freddy’s absolute favorite pair of jeans that he has in black, burgundy, and this moss green color. “They’re stretchy, so they’re easy to move around in. They hug the leg without feeling tight, and they’re super soft!”
Classic Button Down
“This is a great staple shirt that goes with everything. It fits really well in the chest/shoulders without being tight in the stomach area. The fabric also feels so cool in the hot summer months.”

“The comfiest shoe I’ve ever worn! So lightweight, no socks required, and they don’t smell.” What more could you ask for in a shoe?! 😂
Adidas FitBoost Trainers
An all-around great fitness shoe for wherever your workouts take you. Freddy doesn’t own this specific shoe (he has the UltraBoosts), but he wants them and likes Adidas better than Nike because they don’t run as narrow as Nike’s do.

“Every man should have a nice pair of dress shoes. I personally say, the more the merrier. Allen Edmonds are the perfect first pair of well-made dress shoes. This is probably the hottest gift on most guys’ wishlists right now, and they’re hard to come by! If you’re able to get your hands on one, consider yourself very lucky. Freddy has been a PlayStation gamer for many years now, and is patiently waiting until he can find one of these in stock somewhere! Keep your eyes peeled and you might just get lucky.
AirPods
Freddy has the 1st gen version of AirPods, but he LOVES them! “I can take them anywhere and they last quite awhile before needing a charge. They’re perfect for my workouts or when I’m home washing dishes!”
JBL Clip Speaker
We love this thing and have gotten a lot of use out of it when we didn’t think we would! It’s waterproof, so we’ll keep it in the shower or hang it on a cabinet in the kitchen, or even bring it with us on hikes. At just $40 it’s a great stocking stuffer that your guy can take so many places!

Gym Bag
Even though gyms here in Phoenix have closed and opened multiple times, he has maintained a consistent workout schedule everyday after work. He doesn’t have a proper gym bag that he uses now to keep his workout gear organized, which is why I got him this one! Don’t worry, no spoilers here, he already knows 😉
Hydration Vest
Freddy loves using this hydration pack when going on runs in the winter and spring seasons. He can be hands-free and still get all the water he needs, especially in the dry climate we’re in! It also has a few storage pockets where he can put his phone, inhaler, and keys.
