A Festive Sweater Dress for Christmas

Happy Christmas Eve and also Happy Birthday to my husband, Freddy!! 🥳🎉❤️🎄 This is one of my favorite days of the year because I love celebrating Freddy and getting to spend the day with him! This is the 3rd year in a row that I’ve gotten to spend his birthday with him now that I have a M-F job—I’m SO glad I don’t have to work retail anymore because I always had to work all day on his special day! Every year since Freddy was a kid, his mom would make him carnitas for his celebratory birthday dinner 🌮 He always looks forward to it and loves having leftovers for weeks and weeks! You can find me in the kitchen for most of the day today, and no, I’m not wearing this dress today lol.

I love finding something cozy and festive to wear on Christmas Day, and when I found this hunter green sweater dress I knew it would be so perfect for the holiday! 🎄🎅🏻 I love the cable knit details and the blousy sleeves—it’s seriously so comfy and stretchy and great to wear even when you’re relaxing at home. Comfort is truly key on Christmas, and an added bonus if it’s stretchy to make room for all the food I eat that day! I’ve also gotten so much use out of this beanie lately since the nights have been pretty cold! I’ll also wear it around the house sometimes if I just can’t get warm haha. It’s sold out in this camel color, but it’s still available in cream and black 🤍😍🖤
