A Minimalistic Summer Linen Outfit From Abercrombie
I’m in my green era and I’m here for it 😍 I just did a spring/summer Abercrombie haul (full video here on my YouTube channel) and was drawn to all the gorgeous shades of green they have right now! I bought lime green, sage green, apple green, and this olive green linen button down which is one of my all-time favorite colors. It’s such a great shade that you can wear year-round and I wanted to brighten it up for spring with these off-white shorts. This outfit sort of makes me feel like I should go on a safari 🐘🦒 but I kinda love that about it! The cognac brown tones of the accessories compliment this overall neutral outfit so well, making it an effortlessly chic look that you can put together in minutes.
Linen is one of my favorite fabrics to wear in the summertime since it’s so lightweight and breathable; it’s a must for the hot hot days we have in Phoenix. When I first tried this button down on I thought about mainly wearing it as a layering piece and leaving it open, but then when I put this lace bodysuit on underneath I thought it would be amazing to tuck it in and leave the first few buttons undone so that you can see the lace peeking through. It gives off a sexy summertime vibe and I love it! You could also wear the top as a beach coverup since it’s pretty long on its own, which is exactly what I’m planning to do with the cream version I also got.
Shorts are another key staple for any summer capsule wardrobe and I stocked up big time with my latest Abercrombie haul. I’m really into the longer inseam “bermuda” style right now and with this off-white pair I rolled the hem to bring up the length ever so slightly. I can’t wait to wear these on repeat this summer - they’ll go with everything! I finished off the look with a couple of layered necklaces and my tried-and-true Gucci sunglasses. How would you rate this look on a scale of 1-10? Let me know in the comments! Xo
