This Reformation Dress Was Made For Speak Now (Taylor's Version)

Drop everything now…Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) is finally here!! 💜✨🤩 We’ve only known about this album for a couple of months, but I feel like I’ve been waiting my whole life for this moment! This is hands-down my favorite Taylor Swift album and it holds so many nostalgic memories for me. It came out during my first year of college and the Speak Now Tour was the first time I ever saw Taylor in concert! (I recently found my ticket stub from 2011 and it was more expensive than my Eras Tour ticket lol 😂). Enchanted was the song I played on repeat that April night when I met Freddy, and we’ve been together for 12 years! I adore this album and wanted to celebrate it in a way that sparked joy which of course means outfits! I hope you saw last week’s outfit which was inspired by “Mine”, but for the 7/7 release date I knew I wanted to wear something purple and this Reformation dress was the perfect choice 💜

I bought my very first Reformation dress a few years ago after hearing so much hype about the brand, and as soon as I put it on I understood 🫡 The quality is so good and they have a wide variety of styles/silhouettes to choose from. Plus, they take a sustainable approach in creating their garments which is amazing! There’s so much to love about this brand 🤍 And I feel like Ref is synonymous with summertime; their dresses are perfect for basically all occasions: brunch, date night, wedding guest, The Eras Tour…the list goes on. This slip dress silhouette is so easy-going for summer and can be dressed down with some slides and a straw bag, or dressed up with heels and a clutch - I’m all about versatility! I paired this lacey lavender bra underneath it to add a feminine touch and obviously, I wanted an excuse to get a purple bra for Speak Now lol.

The album drop is less than 30 minutes away as I’m typing this and I’m FREAKING OUT!!! 🫠 So I’m gonna go make sure my AirPods are charged and ready to jam out with me tonight 🎧 Which song is your favorite on the album?!
