How To Mix Patterns & Textures For Fall
The weather is finally cooling down here in Scottsdale and it feels like fall is truly in the air! đđ Itâs still pretty warm during the day, but the mornings and evenings are perfect for opening up the windows to let the fresh air in. This past weekend we had a rainy Sunday so we stayed home all day which was so relaxing. Rainy days at home are my favorite! I took advantage of a no errands day by working on some content for Instagram, including the reel I posted yesterday featuring this outfit! I wanted to put together 3 different fall outfits to pair with these ankle boots. As I was going through my closet, inspiration hit when I saw this floral turtleneck hanging next to this herringbone poncho, both of which I bought last year. I decided to pair them with this suede mini skirt and I was so excited with the result!
Iâll be the first to admit that I love shopping and adding new pieces to my wardrobe. I literally remember writing down âshoppingâ as one of my favorite hobbies in elementary school đđ Thereâs a certain thrill I get when I find something new that I really love, but I must say, I get equally as thrilled when I can create a fun, new outfit with pieces I already have in my closet! Itâs like breathing new life into something that I had previously only thought I could wear a certain way. This felt hat was the perfect finishing touch to really complete the look, and now Iâm ready to rock this new outfit out in the real world đ What are you most looking forward to this fall season? Let me know in the comments!
