An Effortless White Linen Dress for Summer

Happy first official day of summer! ☀️ I’m celebrating the only way I know how…with a new outfit of course! If you’re following me on Instagram and LTK then you already know I have a small linen obsession right now. It’s the only fabric that feels appropriate to wear when it’s 110 degrees outside (yes, I live in Scottsdale and no, I’m not sure why 😂) so naturally, I’m adding to my collection. This linen dress is hands-down my favorite purchase I’ve ever made from Reformation and what I’ll be wearing all summer long! 😍

I fell in love with this dress the moment I put it on and I’m still not over how incredible the fit is! I had been eyeing it on their website for several weeks and when it was sold out I joined the waitlist - I wouldn’t let her get away again. The moment it became available again I clicked add to cart so fast. I’ve never owned a dress in this silhouette before, but it was giving Parisian/Belle vibes and I just had to try it. As soon as I zipped it up and looked in the mirror it felt like a fairytale! I was like, take me back to France because she deserves to have a moment. 🤍✨This dress is giving “provincial chic” with the corset seams, princess waistline, voluminous midi skirt, and the sweet bow detail on the neckline. If you buy one dress this summer it should be this one!

I wanted to keep my accessories simple with this outfit so the dress could shine - I know it’s white and not a vibrant color but to me, it’s still worthy of all the attention. I opted for my brown leather Poléne bag and lace-up sandals. I was thinking about wearing my black Prada bag, but the contrast felt too harsh for this light and airy summer look that I was going for. I added some layered necklaces (one of them being my latest sparkly purchase from Electric Picks!), put on my new Fendi sunglasses and I was ready to go!

I’d love to know what you think of this outfit & what else you’d like to see for summer outfit inspo! xo ☀️
