How I Style My Fave Graphic Tee

A couple of weeks ago I published a blog post featuring this Johnny Cash band tee and I’ve loved wearing it so much that I decided to do another post styling it in a new way! I’ve literally worn it so much I’m pretty sure my coworkers are tired of seeing me wear it on our Zoom calls 😂 That’s the whole point of fashion though, right?! Re-inventing your favorite tried-and-true pieces that you love wearing over and over to breathe new life into them and see how many fun, unique outfits you can create! That’s one of the reasons I love this graphic tee so much - I have endless outfit possibilities for it in my head that I can’t wait to explore and share with you!

This past weekend, Freddy and I filmed some Reels at my mom’s house and I brought this outfit along for one of them. I barely put any thought into it as I was packing a small suitcase at the last minute (serial procrastinator here 🙋🏻‍♀️) with my various outfit changes and as I was putting it on I was like “huh, this is actually pretty cute!” 😍 The hat and cropped, flare jeans really give this band tee more of a retro vibe which feels so fitting for Johnny Cash. There are a couple of skirts in my closet that I’m also excited to pair this tee with to give it another entirely different vibe, so stay tuned for those looks in the coming weeks!

I wouldn’t say I bought this tee on a whim, it was a fairly quick purchase - found it online and within 30-ish minutes I bought it lol - but I’m so glad because it’s already become a comfy tee that I wear constantly and it’s a closet staple that I’ll enjoy for years to come.
