Target Style Under $50
You know that saying "Target does it again"? Well, those are my thoughts exactly for today's blog post! When I got their most recent catalogue in the mail a couple weeks ago, I saw that they launched a new denim/lifestyle clothing line called Universal Thread. There were SO many amazing pieces I couldn't wait to check it out in store. I finally went to my local Target just last week and was blown away by all of the different styles they had just in this one line! Everything from casual tops, to jackets and of course, jeans.
I'm going to be honest with you, I am kind of a snob when it comes to my jeans. I'm very particular about the fit and typically only wear styles from brands like Paige, Frame, and Citizen of Humanity. But, I decided to give Universal Thread a try because for $28 I could essentially buy 7 pairs for the price of one! And I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I tried several pairs on! The fabric is super soft and the fit is pretty spot on. I wasn't a fan of the boyfriend cut but I love the skinny jeans. They have a variety of options available with raw hems, cropped flare and distressed styles. They come in sizes 00-26 which is totally awesome, and select styles are made from recycled fibers!
I also found this fun wrap style top from the collection and thought it would make for a great spring outfit coming in under $50--doesn't get much better than that! There are also some other pieces I saw and ran out of time to try them on, so I'm linking them below so you can check them out. Will you be trying out this new Target collection? I'd love to know what you think!
