Man Crush Monday

Meet my husband, Freddy. He's my best friend, soulmate, and the man behind the camera...except for today. Say hello to his first photo shoot! We have talked about expanding the blog to incorporate his & hers style posts, and now we're finally giving it a try! Freddy has always been a jeans and t-shirt kinda guy, being the Californian that he is, so it's been fun to help him break out of his shell as we've moved on from our college days and into adulthood. 

I bought this Skagen watch (similar here) for Freddy as an anniversary gift this past year, and since he's not used to wearing watches it's been a fun new accessory for him to wear with various outfits. There were a couple other watches I had been considering, but the dark brown leather with the grey watch face and rose gold detailing still felt masculine, while also being versatile for a casual or more dressy occasion.

Freddy has been trying to add more button-down shirts into his wardrobe, or rather, some that are more casual and less business appropriate for work. He found this one at Banana Republic and loves the linen/cotton fabrication, making it very lightweight, which is important for our humid, Austin weather! Freddy's former collection of t-shirts consisted of mostly grey tones, so we've been trying really hard to buy shirts with some color, like this soft blue-green hue (similar here).

As for his "sweet sneaks", he's obsessed with his Sperry's! He initially bought them to wear with his outfit for my cousin's wedding back in April, but they quickly became a staple in his wardrobe. Now, he insists on getting them in multiple colors and swears they are so comfortable! I also agree on their level of comfort, and I love the pairs that I own as well!
