Weekends tend to be filled with running errands and checking things off our to-do list, since there doesn't seem to be enough time in the work week. But, this past weekend as Freddy and I were driving around town we spotted an adorable neighborhood in south Austin and just had to make a stop! I love older homes with charm, like wrought iron gates, planters filled with flowers, and quaint lamp posts. In neighborhoods like this one, you get to see a lot of historic beauty that you can't find in a new home, and it's so refreshing! 

The weather hasn't gotten too painfully hot yet, so I opted for my lightweight chambray blouse and crisp, white denim. I'm also thinking about this for a Fourth of July outfit, by pairing it with a red crossbody bag, and a red lip and polish to match.
