The past couple weeks I've been in the mood for resort wear even though we're still in December. I've been seeing the new collections from different designers pop up all over the place, and our warmer-than-usual weather has only been adding to my spring mindset! Usually once January comes around, I'm ready for a fresh new season and my open-toe shoes to make a comeback.
Since I'm not quite ready to make the jump to Spring just yet, I pulled out this white button-up and paired it with some distressed denim and blush pumps. A classic, white button-up is a great wardrobe staple, and can easily be worn casually or to the office. I found this one at Target, but I also love this one and this one as other options! I prefer a rolled sleeve for a more relaxed look with jeans, and when your shirt isn't perfectly ironed/steamed, it adds to the "I-woke-up-like-this" chic vibe.
My husband, Freddy, surprised me with this amazing Alexander Wang handbag as a Christmas present and I couldn't be more in love with it! I had seen it about a month ago at Nordstrom and snapped a pic of me wearing it and sent it to him (I'm very discreet, right?) and little did I know he went right back and bought it! I had been looking for a warm neutral colored bag, and this one fit the bill. I love the rounded studded details on the bag, which give it a little bit of edge, but it's not too out there for me like some of his other bags. This current color combination is no longer available, but this same bag is available in this color, and on sale in this color!
These pumps have been my go-to this season--they're so comfortable and the light blush is a refreshing pop of color amidst the darker tones I've been wearing the past couple months. And the best part? They're now on sale! The blush pink is sold out, but they come in black and nude here.
