A Look Back on 2016
A new year is just around the corner, and I can't believe 2016 has gone by so quickly! It seems like every year goes by faster and faster and I'm never prepared for it. My theme for 2016 was "life abundant" and to live each day to the fullest. Freddy and I have been wanting to move out of Texas since January this year, and we have been waiting for the right opportunities to come along that haven't just quite yet. At one point, we were so focused on going elsewhere, that we weren't truly living each day to it's fullest potential. Once we stopped trying so hard to make plans to move and just lived in the moment we had so much more fun and appreciated the little things that made every day enjoyable. I'm going to continue that focus for 2017, while still praying for new doors to open up wherever they may be!
This past year I also transitioned my blog from a Disney-lifestyle blog to a fashion and lifestyle blog, and I'm so happy I did! I still love Disney of course, but I'm excited to have creative freedom to write and talk about topics of any kind with this new platform.
